Are there travel fees?
Yes, travel fees apply based on your distance from our central hub. This covers the time and fuel required to bring our clinic to your doorstep. We keep these fees as low as possible and will provide a quote when you book.
How do I pay for medications?
Medications prescribed during the visit are invoiced at the time of consultation. We carry a range of common treatments in our mobile unit, or we can provide a written prescription for you to fulfill at a pharmacy of your choice.
What service areas do you cover?
We currently serve the Central Coast NSW. If you’re unsure if we visit your location, please send us a text with your suburb and we’ll let you know immediately..
Do you offer multi-pet discounts?
Absolutely! If we are seeing multiple animals in the same household during a single visit, the travel fee is only charged once, and we offer reduced consultation rates for subsequent pets.
